Kiddo, DH and I went to the clinic for an ultrasound. Kiddo was such a great listener while we waited for the tech to do her job. She showed us baby's head and body. We saw baby wave and put it's hand to it's mouth. We saw each vertebra and the ribs. Tiny little legs and feet. Kiddo saw it all, including the face of the baby. We had been looking at the ultrasound pics from the last ultrasound with Emma and Elizabeth last week. She was so excited to see the baby's face like she had seen her own!
The tech asked if we wanted to know the gender of the baby. While Kiddo has been convinced that the baby will be a sister, we couldn't wait to find out. Guess what???
It's a boy!!!
Kiddo isn't nearly as disappointed as we thought she might be and we must admit we're pretty excited. It will be great to have one of each, but most of all we are grateful for a healthy baby. So far, good. Only 22 weeks left.

Yeah! So exciting!!! I'm sure Kiddo will adore her baby brother just as much, if not more, than a baby sister!
Yeay! Congrats! Here's to a healthy little boy!
I'm hoping to find out what we're having at our next appt - May 10! I'm on pins and needles til then...
Mrspooley, may your ultrasound be clear and your pins and needles be less painful. We're so excited for you!
hehe . . . and to think, I said to someone recently . . . 'neen's gonna have a boy. LOL! That's awesome!
Kiddo will have some crazy adventures ahead of her. ;)
Congratulations! How exciting to have one of each. The most important though...that he is healthy! Praise God!
