Updates

Alright, I have been uninspired to update this blog. I also have been BUSY! So, in the interests of brevity, here are my updates.

- Turned 30 (Blech)
- Hubby completed training! (Yay!)
- Got a new bed (LOVE it!)
- Ran VBS (300 kids 200 staff - 'nuff said)
- Was hospitalized for dehydration (To steal a saying from Devo - Stupid is, as Janeen does!)
- No gestational diabetes (yippee!)
- Am now 33 weeks pregnant and not on bedrest (Thank you, God)
- Sent Kiddo to spend 10 days with her grandparents (Fun for kiddo, not so much for the Mommy)
- Celebrated Bubby's birthday, Hubby's birthday, and Sis-n-law's birthday in July. (Kiddo thinks we have a party every weekend.)
- Will celebrate our 7 year anniversary this month. (Wow!)

Bored yet?
So, since I can fly when I want to now - I drove with Hubby to LAX and then flew to ONT to pick up a car that we had left in the parking over there and needed to retrieve. Yes, I know I"m spoiled.
The highlight of the trip - The flight attendant says, "So when are you due?" as she looks at my mega huge belly.
(I know I'm grounded within 30 days of my due date, thank you very much!)
I smile and sweetly reply, "September 19, but that feels like forever away."
She says, "It looks like you've dropped already, or are you just carrying low?"
"I think it's just stress related. I carry a little lower on the days I'm under stress," I reply.
"Oh, well, do me a favor and keep the baby in for at least the next 20 minutes, ok?"
Confidently, I reply, "Sure, no problem."
5 minutes later - guess who's sound asleep on the 45 minute flight?
Hee hee - really, NO PROBLEM!!!

P.S. Baby is due on September 19 - C-section is scheduled for September 4!

And yes, I know, as soon as Hubby gets back or I can talk Bubby into it, I'll post a preggy pic. Sleep well!
