Heaven

In our home we've been having plenty of discussions regarding heaven.
Pastor Dan likes to say that heaven will be like making love all the time. My friend looks at it another way:
"I think that heaven will be like nursing your baby in the middle of the night. That deep, quiet, contented connectedness. An intimacy, understanding, togetherness between you and the One from Whom you came, the one Who gave you life and then nourishes it."
I loved this description when I read it. To me it at absolutely put it perfectly. I like how it focused the feelings that can be so lonely into an opportunity to commune with your maker. It was wonderful and inspiring. It makes me want to really look at my concept of heaven some more. I'd like to find my language for describing heaven.
What is your concept of heaven? Can you describe it in a sentence or two?

Heaven will be a happy place where we won't have to think about sickness or pain. Just today, I found out that one of the Moms in Adam's class has kidney failure. She is young and has two young children. My heart just felt soo sad. I tried to imagine a place where we could all be happy and content and share eternity with everyone and heaven came to mind. What an appropriate topic for the day. Heaven will be a place of perfect peace and happiness!
