Update

Ha on me! Baby Boy loved the rice cereal, but evidently his little digestive system is having a fit. Poor guy was so going just nuts trying to pass this new stuff. Of course, when he did it went EVERYWHERE! (Yes, I know you love when I share this stuff!)
Oh well, I guess that's part of being a mom. It's pretty amazing to me how much more in tne I am with this little guy as opposed to how dense I was with Kiddo. I suppose some of that is experience, but I also think that I am just a more attentive mom. (Will you remind me I said that when I'm feeling incompetent again?)
Each day with Baby Boy seems to teach me more about myself, both my children, and definitely more about God. I am astonished at how much I am able to figure out what Baby Boy needs from just listening to his cues. I figure I'm already getting an idea of what kind of personality he has. I figure all of this teaches me that God's love is so much bigger than I could ever imagine. How He loves me and cares for my needs is incredible even when I don't know what I need. Basking in His presence is like being at home instantly no matter where I am. Just like everything is right with his world when Baby Boy sees his Mama!
In other news, I made the casserole from the Pioneer Woman website and it was pretty good despite my "substitutions." Next time, I will saute the onions first and cook the spaghetti a little less. All in all, however, I think it was a success. We'll see what Hubby has to say when he gets home.
Just for fun - here's a pic, I don't remember having posted here, that I really love.
